marinade for steak

four cloves garlic, pressed or minced
thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
3 T soy sauce
2 T worchestershire sauce
juice of one lime
2 T wine vinegar (not balsamic)
1 t red pepper flakes
1/2 t white pepper
1 t celery seed
dash coriander
1/4 t cloves
kosher salt
1/2 c olive oil

marinate beef for at least six hours. probably would work for pork, chicken, lamb.
